Provider Privacy Policy

Shop profile, service area, payout details (UPI/bank), and storefront photos you upload.

Customer names, phone numbers, measurements, and order details you enter for walk-in and manual orders.

Manual orders and measurements can be stored locally on your device and synced to Firebase when connected. Check pending sync status before relying on a record as centrally saved. Clearing local storage can remove unsynced work.

Explain the use of customer information, obtain permission or another lawful basis where required, restrict staff access, and secure devices. A customer's platform-account deletion does not automatically remove your independently collected shop records; you remain responsible for handling applicable requests about those records.

Customer order data is shared with customers who booked through the platform and with support when needed.

Infrastructure vendors process information for the relevant feature. Where online payments or payouts are enabled, payment processors receive required transaction and provider UPI or bank details. Public shop-listing fields are visible to customers; private customer records are not public listings.

Sign-in and backend features may use Google Firebase, Google Play, and Google Authentication, which can collect identity details via Google's auth flow.

Google's privacy notices apply to its services. Perfect Stitch remains responsible for its own data-handling decisions, configuration, and legal obligations, including reviewing relevant platform incidents involving a vendor.

Update shop and payout data in the provider app or contact partner support.
