Provider Terms of Service

You represent an independent shop and are responsible for service quality, pricing, and legal compliance.

Keep shop profile, service area, and payout details accurate and up to date.

Walk-in and manual orders you create are stored locally on your device (Room) and synced to Firebase.

Explain the use of customer data, obtain permission or another lawful basis where required, and secure devices and staff access. Check that pending offline records have synced before relying on them as centrally saved.

Cash and direct shop UPI payments go to your shop. Platform payouts apply only where platform-collected payments are enabled; timing, eligibility, and disclosed fees follow your partner arrangement and the applicable processor rules.

Provide valid UPI or bank details; incorrect details may delay transfers.

The provider app uses Google Firebase (auth, Firestore, messaging, crash reporting), Google Play services, and Google Sign-In.

Google's terms and privacy notices apply to its services. Perfect Stitch remains responsible for its own platform, configuration, and legal obligations; using Google does not require you to waive your rights against Perfect Stitch.

Do not misuse customer data, manipulate orders, or circumvent platform fees.

We may suspend partner accounts that violate these terms or create safety/payment risk.
