Provider Terms of Service.

Partner obligations

  • You represent an independent shop and are responsible for service quality, pricing, and legal compliance.
  • Keep shop profile, service area, and payout details accurate and up to date.

Manual orders

  • Walk-in and manual orders you create are stored locally on your device (Room) and synced to Firebase.
  • You are responsible for customer data you enter for manual orders and for securing your devices.

Payouts

  • Payout timing and platform fees follow in-app policies and your payout profile.
  • Provide valid UPI or bank details; incorrect details may delay transfers.

Google Firebase, Play & Auth

  • The provider app uses Google Firebase (auth, Firestore, messaging, crash reporting), Google Play services, and Google Sign-In.
  • Data loss or leaks originating from Google (not caused by Perfect Stitch app logic) are governed by Google's applicable terms. Perfect Stitch remains responsible for its own code and configuration.

Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse customer data, manipulate orders, or circumvent platform fees.
  • We may suspend partner accounts that violate these terms or create safety/payment risk.
