Customer Privacy Policy.

What we collect

  • Phone number, name, delivery addresses, order history, and payment references.
  • Optional profile photo and marketing preferences when you provide them.

Retention

  • We keep account and order data while your account is active and as required by law.
  • Local browse/search history stays on your device unless you choose to share it.

Contact approval

  • Your phone number is shared with a provider only when you enable it for an active order.
  • Manage visibility in Profile → Privacy at any time.

Google services

  • Sign-in and backend features may use Google Firebase, Google Play, and Google Authentication, which can collect identity details via Google's auth flow.
  • Data loss or leaks originating from Google (not caused by Perfect Stitch app logic) are governed by Google's applicable terms. Perfect Stitch remains responsible for its own code and configuration.

Your choices

  • Update profile data in-app or email us for access/deletion requests.
  • Opt out of marketing and optional analytics in consent settings.
